การสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการเริ่มต้นจากการรวมกลุ่มคนที่มีความสนใจร่วมกัน Research Interest Group (RIG) ไม่เพียงสร้างเครือข่ายนักวิจัย แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ แลกเปลี่ยน และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เพื่อสังคมที่ยั่งยืน" รศ. ดร.ชาตรี ฝ่ายคำตา รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและสร้างสรรค์ กล่าวย้ำว่า RIG ของเราจึงไม่เพียงเป็นเครือข่ายนักวิจัย แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ แลกเปลี่ยน และพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ข้ามศาสตร์ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกคณะ สู่เป้าหมายความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและสังคม
เรากำลังขับเคลื่อนระบบนิเวศงานวิจัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ด้วยการสร้างเครือข่ายวิจัยที่เข้มแข็ง พัฒนากลุ่มวิจัย (RIG) ช่วยสร้างพลังร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยที่แสดงจุดเด่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มก. ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และเสริมความเชี่ยวชาญร่วมกัน ยกระดับสู่ความเป็นเลิศนานาชาติ: พัฒนานักวิจัยและผลงานให้ได้รับการยอมรับในวงกว้าง ผลักดันการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารนานาชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังส่งเสริมการเชื่อมโยงระบบสนับสนุนครบวงจร: บูรณาการองค์ประกอบสำคัญทั้ง Research Support Office, คลังความรู้ด้านการวิจัย, แหล่งทุน และกลไกการวิจัยที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาผลงานคุณภาพ รวมทั้งขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ: สร้างความเชื่อมโยงกับภาคีระดับชุมชน ประเทศ และนานาชาติ ผ่าน MOU และการจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้หลากหลายรูปแบบ เพื่อสร้างงานวิจัยที่ใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง: พัฒนาทั้งงานวิจัยเชิงทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์ที่สร้างคุณค่าและมูลค่าในวงการการศึกษา
ศูนย์สนับสนุนการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (Research Support Office) ให้บริการครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ ขณะเดียวกัน เรายังเชื่อมโยงคลังความรู้ด้านการวิจัยเข้าสู่ ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลวิจัยดิจิทัล เพื่อวิเคราะห์และแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เราสร้างเวที Forum/Workshop/Conference ที่เปิดกว้าง ไร้พรมแดน ด้วยรูปแบบไฮบริด ผสานออฟไลน์-ออนไลน์ เพื่อการเข้าถึงทั่วโลก พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติผ่าน MOU กับเครือข่ายนวัตกรรมโลก
การพัฒนานักวิจัยไม่ได้หยุดที่งานวิจัย เรามีระบบ Mentor และ Visiting Professor ที่เสริมสร้างศักยภาพรอบด้าน ทั้งการคิด วิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร งานธุรกิจ และเทคโนโลยี ในช่วงส่งท้าย ทั้งนี้รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและสร้างสรรค์ ได้ให้ทิ้งท้ายถึงความสำคัญของการสร้าง “นักวิจัยที่ขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จริง” เพราะเราเชื่อว่า… งานวิจัยที่ดีต้องไม่หยุดอยู่ในห้องวิจัย แต่ต้องเชื่อมโยงสู่ชุมชน สังคม และโลก

Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chatree reaffirms that our RIGs are not just collaborative networks but dynamic, interdisciplinary spaces that connect researchers both within and beyond the faculty, aiming for academic and social excellence.
We are actively building a tangible research ecosystem through the development of strong research networks. The RIGs help drive collaborative research that highlights the strengths of the Faculty of Education, KU, through knowledge exchange and the integration of expertise. Our goal is to elevate research to international standards—empowering researchers and enhancing scholarly output that is recognized globally, while encouraging publication in international journals.
We also support a comprehensive research support system, integrating key components such as the Research Support Office, research knowledge repository, funding sources, and enabling mechanisms that promote the development of high-impact research. Furthermore, we are expanding collaborative networks—connecting with community, national, and international partners through MOUs and knowledge exchange forums in diverse formats.
To ensure research creates real-world impact, we foster both theoretical and applied research that generates value and utility for the educational field. Our Research Support Office offers full-spectrum services, from the initial stages to final implementation. We are also integrating research knowledge into a digital research data management system, enabling effective analysis and knowledge sharing. We host forums, workshops, and conferences in hybrid formats—both online and offline—to break barriers and enhance global accessibility. Additionally, we promote international collaboration through MOUs with global innovation networks.
Developing researchers doesn’t stop at research skills alone. We’ve established a comprehensive Mentor and Visiting Professor System to enhance capabilities in research, communication, business, and
technology.To conclude, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatree emphasizes the importance of nurturing “researchers who can drive meaningful change,” because we believe that impactful research must not remain confined to laboratories—it must reach and serve communities, society, and the world.
